Likely still recovering from a trip to Ireland last week, ESPN College GameDay is back on U.S. soil this Saturday as the first full week of college football begins.
Host Rece Davis and the crew will head to the Lone Star State for an excellent non-conference matchup between Notre Dame and Texas A&M at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas.
One of the more interesting subplots for the game is that it will match new Aggies coach Mike Elko up against a Fighting Irish squad led by transfer quarterback Riley Leonard. Both worked together last year at Duke.
This will be the season opener for both teams. Notre Dame is ranked No. 7 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, while Texas A&M slots in at No. 20.
